Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using MindFlat's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Service Description

MindFlat provides private meditation and yoga spaces for rent in Mumbai, India. Our services include:

• Hourly, daily, and monthly rental of meditation capsules and yoga rooms
• Access to specialized equipment and amenities
• Booking and reservation management
• Customer support and guidance

Booking and Reservation Policies

Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, phone, or email). Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or valid payment method.

Payment Terms

• Hourly sessions: Payment required at time of booking
• Daily passes: Payment required 24 hours in advance
• Monthly subscriptions: Payment due on the first day of each month
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 2+ hours before session: Full refund
• Cancellations made 1-2 hours before session: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before session: No refund
• Monthly subscriptions: 7-day notice required for cancellation

User Responsibilities and Conduct

Users are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior while using MindFlat facilities:

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Maintain silence and respect others' meditation practice
• Keep spaces clean and return items to their original positions
• Follow all safety guidelines and facility rules
• Report any damages or issues immediately
• Dress appropriately for meditation and yoga practice

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MindFlat premises:

• Smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol or illegal substances
• Loud conversations, phone calls, or disruptive behavior
• Commercial photography or filming without permission
• Bringing outside food or beverages (except water)
• Using spaces for purposes other than meditation, yoga, or mindfulness

Liability and Insurance

While MindFlat maintains comprehensive insurance and safety measures, users participate in activities at their own risk. MindFlat is not liable for:

• Personal injuries sustained during meditation or yoga practice
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Damages resulting from user negligence or misconduct
• Interruptions to service due to circumstances beyond our control

Health and Safety

For the safety and wellbeing of all users:

• Users with medical conditions should consult healthcare providers before use
• Pregnant users should inform staff and practice with caution
• Emergency procedures are posted in each space
• First aid kits are available at all locations
• Users must report any health incidents immediately

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and materials associated with MindFlat are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.
